《灵枢·阴阳二十五人》“形”“色”内涵发微

摘　　要：《灵枢·阴阳二十五人》中多处提及“形”“色”,其中“形色相得”“形色相胜”的内涵较难从字面理解。文章从“形”“色”二字的本义入手,在天地时空视角探讨其内涵为物质载体与能量的内外循环,指向天人合一;再回归人体维度,以古琴二十五音为桥梁,解“形”“色”以五脏经脉及血气状态;并对血气状态的外在征象进行论述,包括皮肉毛发状态、面色、脉象。In Lingshu·Twenty-five Kinds of Yin-Yang Persons,there are many references to’physique’and’color’,among which the connotations of’equilibrium between physique and color’and’predonmination of physique and color’are difficult to understand literally.This article started with the meaning of’physique’and’color’,then explored their connotation as the internal and external circulation of material carriers and energy from the perspective of space and time,pointing to the unity of nature and man.What’s more,we focused on the human dimension with the 25th sound of the guqin as a bridge,it telled us that’physique’and’color’were based on the meridians of the five internal organs and the state of blood gas.Finally we discussed the external signs of the state of blood and qi,including the state of skin and hair,complexion,and pulse.
