摘　　要：为应对全球化背景下我国中医药非物质文化遗产安全面临的现实挑战,助力国家文化资源安全建设,文章基于文化生态学理论,探讨中医药非物质文化遗产的安全隐忧及应对策略。通过对北京地区非物质文化遗产外部环境因素对其内部组成要素影响的分析,探究其安全隐忧,包括自然地理环境下的生存空间障碍、政策制度环境下的管理隐患、人文教育环境下的认知缺位等,进而从内外部生态圈要素双向入手建构安全保护措施。研究表明:可形成融个体、行业、政府和社会在内的中医药非物质文化遗产安全保护四维架构,包括打造特色文化空间、力促健康产业发展、聚焦保护机制建设、提高文化安全意识等,以提升其生态势能,减少其安全隐忧。In order to cope with the safety challenges faced by the intangible cultural heritage of Chinese medicine(ICHCM)in the context of globalization and help to ensure the safety of China’s cultural resources,safety obstacles and countermeasures of Beijing’s ICHCM were discussed from the perspective of cultural ecology.The main safety obstacles of Beijing’s ICHCM were classified,including insufficient space influenced by geographical environment,imperfect management by policy system environment and cognitive deficiency by humanities education environment,by analyzing the influences of the external factors on the internal factors of Beijing’s ICHCM.Furthermore,by involving the internal and external factors,a fourdimensional framework for its safety countermeasures was developed,which integrates individuals,industries,government and society,namely,creating distinctive cultural space,promoting development of health industry,constructing protection mechanism,and enhancing cultural safety awareness,so as to improve its ecological potential and lessen its safety obstacles.
