摘　　要：玄府理论系中医藏象之特色理论,且开微观研究中医之先河。近年来,关于玄府理论方面的研究在中医界渐成热点。玄府郁闭为中医病机学之代表,因此,探索玄府之本质,挖掘玄府深层次含义具有十分重要的研究意义。文章立足于“玄府”之概念,综述古今相关文献,从玄府之内涵与外延、玄府之形质、玄府之生理、病理特点4个角度来探讨玄府概念的本质。通过蠡测藏象理论下具体的“玄病”病机,以期为中医藏象系统疾病的临床辨治提供思路。Xuanfu theory is the characteristic theory of Zangxiang in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and is a precedent for microscopic research of TCM.In recent years,research on Xuanfu theory has gradually become a hot spot in the TCM field.Xuanfu yubi is a representative of the pathogenesis of Chinese medicine.Therefore,exploring the essence of Xuanfu and digging out the deep meaning of Xuanfu has very important research significance.Based on the concept of‘Xuanfu’,this article summarized the related literatures of ancient and modern times,and discussed the essence of Xuanfu concept from four perspectives:the connotation and extension of Xuanfu,the shape of Xuanfu,the physiological and pathological characteristics of Xuanfu.Through the specific‘mysterious disease’pathogenesis under the theory of the Zangxiang system,it hopes to provide ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the Zangxiang system in TCM.
