摘 要:针对货流不平衡下的集装箱班轮运输船期设计问题,根据燃油消耗量与各航段船舶航速和载货重量间的函数关系,并结合船舶到港多时间窗、多起讫时间和多装卸效率合作协议,构建班轮运输船期设计非线性规划模型优化各航段航速,设计线性割线逼近法对模型进行求解。以中国远洋海运集团有限公司的AWE1航线为例,生成100个场景的数值进行模拟计算。结果表明,考虑货流不平衡的船期设计优化可有效降低集装箱班轮运输服务的周总成本,有利于增加运力供应。敏感性分析结果显示,本文模型有利于减缓由于燃油价格上涨而造成集装箱班轮运输周总成本的快速升高,且货流不平衡系数越大,模型越有效。研究结论可为船公司船期设计决策提供有益参考。Aiming at the problem of shipping schedule design of container liner transportation under the imbalance of cargo flow, according to the functional relationship between fuel consumption, vessel speed and cargo weight in each segment, and combined with the collaborative agreement of vessel arrival multi time window, multi departure, arrival time and multi handling efficiency, a nonlinear programming model for liner transportation vessel schedule design was constructed to optimize the speed of each segment, and the linear secant approximation method was designed to solve the model. Taking the AWE1 route served by CHINA COSCO SHIPPING GROUP as an example, the values of 100 scenarios were generated for simulation calculation. The results show that the optimization of vessel scheduling considering imbalance cargo flow can effectively reduce the total round-voyage cost of container liner shipping, which conduct to increasing the shipping capacity. The sensitivity analysis results show that the proposed model is beneficial to slow down the rapid increase of total liner voyage cost caused by the increase of fuel price, and larger the cargo flow imbalance coefficient, more effective the model. The conclusion can provide useful reference for vessel scheduling decision of shipping companies.
