摘　　要：“药物合成反应”是化学、化工和制药类专业化学制药方向的重要专业课程。基于应用型人才培养的目标,以成果导向、学生中心和持续改进的工程教育专业认证理念为指导,从优化教学内容、改革教学方法和完善评价体系等方面,探讨了“药物合成反应”课程的教学改革与实践。Drug Synthesis Reaction is the significant professional course of chemical pharmaceutical direction in chemistry,chemical engineering and pharmaceutical majors.On account of the target of applicable talents cultivation and the guidance of the concept of outcome-based education,student center and continuous improvement,we discussed the teaching reform and practice of Drug Synthesis Reaction,through optimizing teaching contents,reforming teaching methods and perfecting evaluation system in this paper.
