摘 要:目的调查并分析河北省医院感染管理专职人员岗位胜任力现状及影响因素。方法便利抽取医院感染管理专职人员423人使用专用调查表进行问卷调查及统计分析。结果岗位胜任力总得分(58.23±10.32)分。单因素分析发现,不同医院等级、学历、职称、医院感染管理专职人员感控工作年限、培训次数、医院重视程度等方面,医院感染管理专职人员岗位胜任力统计结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),性别、年龄、专业等方面差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。线性回归分析显示医院等级、学历、职称、感控工作年限、培训次数、医院重视程度是医院感染管理专职人员岗位胜任力的影响因素(R^(2)=0.264,调整R^(2)=0.232,F=5.658,P=0.018)。结论河北省某市感控专职人员岗位胜任力仍有进一步提升的空间,医疗机构应加强对医院感染管理工作的支持力度,加强医院感染管理专职人员的培养,不断提升其岗位胜任力。Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of post competency of full-time nosocomial infection management staff in Hebei province.Methods A total of 423 full-time staff for nosocomial infection management were selected and investigated with a special questionnaire.Results The total scores of post competency in full-time staff for nosocomial infection management were(58.23±10.32)points.The linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors on the post competency in full-time staff for nosocomial infection management were hospital grade,educational background,professional title,sensing and control working years,training times and hospital attention.The singlefactor analysis showed that there were significant differences in above factors among different hospitals(P<0.05),however,there were significant differences in age,sex and specialties among different hospitals(P>0.05).Conclusion There is still space for further improvement of the post competence of full-time staff for nosocomial infection management in a city of Hebei province.Medical institutions should strengthen the support for nosocomial infection management work,and strengthen the training for full-time staff of nosocomial infection management,and continuously improve their post competence.
