摘  要:以某型货车为研究对象,在某试验场进行了整车路面激励响应谱采集。详细介绍了测点布局,信号采集方法、仪器、设备以及测试流程;为提高数据采集的真实性和可靠性,对信号进行了异常点判别与剔除、趋势项消除、平稳性检测等处理,再统计分析获得其功率谱密度和峭度分布规律,表明公路运输环境下装备运输过程多为超高斯随机振动。论文可为非高斯信息分析和规律研究提供数据支撑,还可为室内道路模拟试验载荷谱强化、非高斯运输振动疲劳损伤加速模型及加速试验方法等提供借鉴和参考。A whole vehicle road excitation response spectrum was collected in a test field by taking a truck as the research object.The layout of measuring points,signal acquisition methods,instruments,equipment and test process were introduced in detail;in order to improve the authenticity and reliability of data acquisition the signal was processed by means of distinguishing and eliminating abnormal points eliminating trend item and detecting stability,besides,t the power spectral density and kurtosis distribution were obtained by statistical analysis,which showed that the equipment transportation process mostly belonged to super gaussian random vibration in the highway transportation environment.It can not only provide data support for non Gaussian information analysis and law research,but also provide reference for indoor road simulation test load spectrum enhancement,non gaussian transportation vibration fatigue damage acceleration model and acceleration test method.
