摘　　要：目的探讨Holliday交叉识别蛋白(HJURP)基因在膀胱癌中的表达及其与肿瘤免疫细胞浸润的相关性。方法运用Oncomine和基因表达谱交互分析(GEPIA)数据库检索HJURP基因与膀胱癌相关的数据,通过GEPIA和Kaplan-Meier分析HJURP表达量与膀胱癌患者预后的关系,通过肿瘤免疫评估资源(TIMER)数据库分析HJURP基因表达量与膀胱癌免疫细胞浸润的相关性。结果Oncomine数据库中检索到383项针对HJURP在不同类型癌组织/正常组织表达量的研究结果,其中在膀胱癌中有2项基因芯片数据提示HJURP在膀胱癌组织中显著高表达,生存分析提示HJURP高表达组膀胱癌患者的无病生存期明显低于低表达组(P<0.05),但HJURP高表达组膀胱癌患者的总生存率及无复发生存率与低表达组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。进一步通过TIMER数据库分析发现膀胱癌中HJURP表达量与CD8^(+)T细胞、中性粒细胞和树突状细胞浸润水平相关。结论HJURP在膀胱癌中高表达,可能与无病生存期及免疫细胞微浸润有关。Objective To investigate the expression of Holliday junction recognition protein(HJURP)in bladder cancer and its correlation with tumor immune cell infiltration levels.Methods Oncomine and GEPIA databases were used to retrieve the data on HJURP gene expression in bladder cancer.GEPIA and Kaplan-Meier were used to analyze the relationship between HJURP expression and prognosis of patients with bladder cancer.The correlation between the expression of HJURP gene and the immune cell infiltration levels in bladder cancer was analyzed by TIMER.Results A total of 383 studies on the expression of HJURP in different types of cancer tissues versus normal tissues were retrieved from the Oncomine database.Two microarray datasets showed that HJURP was significantly overexpressed in bladder cancer tissues.Survival analyses showed that the disease free survival rate of bladder cancer patients with high expression of HJURP was significantly lower than that of patients with low expression of HJURP(P<0.05),but the overall survival rate and recurrence free survival rate of patients in high expression group of HJURP were not statistically significant compared with those in the low expression group(P>0.05).Furthermore,the expression of HJURP was correlated with the infiltration levels of CD8^(+)T cells,neutrophils and dendritic cells in bladder cancer.Conclusions HJURP is highly expressed in bladder cancer and is probably related to disease free survival and immune cell infiltration.
