摘　　要：目的探讨采用单一体位后腹腔镜联合腹腔镜行腹膜后巨大肿瘤切除术的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院8例腹膜后巨大肿物患者(均采用单一侧卧位、后腹腔镜联合腹腔镜行腹膜后巨大肿瘤切除术)的临床资料,探讨其手术技巧及操作要点,观察患者术后并发症与临床疗效。结果8例腹膜后巨大肿物患者均采用单一侧卧位、后腹腔镜联合腹腔镜成功实施手术切除,术中1例因出血较多予以输血。术后患者恢复情况良好,均无严重并发症发生。结论一体位后腹腔镜联合腹腔镜行腹膜后巨大肿瘤切除术具有独特的优势,其手术操作空间大,视野清晰,疗效满意,但仍需更多病例进行佐证。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of single position retroperitoneal laparoscopic combined with laparoscopic resection of large retroperitoneal tumors.Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with retroperitoneal giant tumor in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic combined with laparoscopic retroperitoneal giant tumor resection in single lateral decubitus position.The surgical techniques and key points were explored,and the complications and clinical efficacy were analyzed.Results Eight patients with huge retroperitoneal masses were successfully resected with retroperitoneal laparoscopy and laparoscopy in single lateral position.One patient was given blood transfusion due to much bleeding during the operation.All patients recovered well without serious complications.Conclusions Retroperitoneal giant tumor resection by integrating retroperitoneal laparoscopy with laparoscopy in single position has unique advantages,such as large space,clear vision,easy operation and satisfactory curative effect,but more cases are needed to prove it.
