摘 要:负半径凸轮,凸轮与从动件之间是凹凸接触,具有接触应力低,易于形成油膜的特点。但该类机构轮廓设计复杂,且轮廓设计过程中常有突变点,不易发现。基于Visual Basic软件开发出精确获得负半径凸轮轮廓的系统,在Croe中进行负半径凸轮机构样机建模和仿真。最后利用3D打印技术进行凸轮轮廓打印制造,并给出验证凸轮轮廓的具体方法,实现了制造前期高效、低成本地对该类机构进行设计验证。Cam mechanisms with a negative radius roller-follower has concave convex contact between cam and follower, which has the characteristics of low contact stress and easy to form oil film. However, the contour design of this kind of mechanism is complex, and there are often abrupt points in the process of contour design,which is not easy to find. In this paper, a system for accurately obtaining the contour of negative radius cam is developed based on VB software. The prototype modeling and Simulation of negative radius cam mechanism are carried out in Croe. Finally, the cam profile is printed and manufactured by 3D printing technology, and the specific method to verify the cam profile is given, which realizes the design verification of this kind of mechanism with high efficiency and low cost in the early stage of manufacturing.
