王道平图案设计作品艺术特征探析

摘　　要：探析王道平的陶瓷图案设计作品艺术特征,对当今的艺术设计教育和设计创作具有启发价值。通过对其相关文献的阅读与研究,比较王道平的陶瓷图案设计作品,简要回顾其求学和工作经历,探析王道平在日本留学期间的陶瓷图案设计习作和其后参加全国美展的装饰画作品,归纳出三个特征:鉴空衡平——构图平衡和照应;避繁就简——装饰几何平面化;判若黑白——边界的形态研究。王道平具有扎实的基础造型功底,他将西方现代主义设计构成理念应用在其陶瓷图案设计的创作中,使得我们对图案概念的理解又有了新的认识。Exploring the artistic characteristics of Wang Daoping’s ceramic pattern design works has inspiring value for today’s art design education and design creation.Through the reading and research of relevant literatures,this paper compares Mr.Wang Daoping’s ceramic pattern design works,briefly reviews his study and work experience,and analyzes Mr.Wang Daoping’s ceramic pattern design studies during his study in Japan and his subsequent decorative paintings in national art exhibitions.From the works,three characteristics have been summarized:equilibrium in the air-compositional balance and response,avoid complexity and simplicity-decorative geometrical flatness,like black and white-a morphological study of the boundary.Wang Daoping has a solid foundation of basic modeling.He applied the concept of western modernist design composition to the creation of his ceramic pattern design,which gave us a new understanding of the concept of pattern today.
