摘 要:目的:探讨闽南籍在校大学生膳食结构等生活方式与睡眠质量的关系。方法:选取漳州市某高校闽南籍在校大学生830例为研究对象,由经过统一培训的调查员利用问卷星进行现场调查,采用多因素Logistic回归用于分析膳食因素对睡眠质量的影响。结果:漳州市某高校闽南籍在校大学生睡眠障碍发生率为23.9%,多因素Logistic回归分析显示:谈恋爱(OR=1.995),睡前使用手机(OR=7.286),每周摄入油炸食品≥3次(OR=1.721)、饮用咖啡≥3次(OR=2.387)是影响睡眠质量的危险因素;而每周摄入海鲜≥3次(OR=0.327)、摄入水果≥3次(OR=0.042)是睡眠质量的保护性因素。结论:闽南籍在校大学生的生活方式在一定程度上会影响睡眠质量,应从健康的生活方式和良好的饮食习惯方面加强健康教育,改善睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the relationship between dietary factors and sleep quality of college students in southern Fujian.Methods:A total of 830 college students from southern Fujian in Zhangzhou City were selected as the research objects.Uniformly trained investigators conducted surveys using questionnaire.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the effect of dietary factors on sleep quality.Results:The incidence of sleep disorder among college students from southern Fujian in Zhangzhou City was 23.9%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that falling in love(OR=1.995),using mobile phones before bedtime(OR=7.286),eating fried food≥3 times/week(OR=1.721),drinking coffee≥3 times/week(OR=2.387)were risk factors affecting sleep quality;while seafood intake and fruit intake more than 3 times/week(OR=0.327,0.042)were protective factors for sleep quality.Conclusion:The lifestyle of college students in southern Fujian can affect their sleep quality to a certain extent.Education should be strengthened in terms of healthy lifestyle and good eating habits to improve sleep quality.
