改良式眼轮匝肌缩短术矫正老年性下睑内翻伴倒睫疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同手术方式矫正老年性下睑内翻伴倒睫的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析58例(76眼)老年性下睑内翻伴倒睫患者临床资料,选取行改良式眼轮匝肌缩短联合睑缘翻转缝合手术治疗的38眼纳入观察组,行皮肤及眼轮匝肌瓣切除手术治疗的38眼纳入对照组,观察2组患者矫正效果。结果:观察组治愈率92.11%,总有效率100.00%;对照组治愈率71.05%,总有效率86.84%;2组患者治愈率和总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良式眼轮匝肌缩短术联合睑缘翻转缝合手术矫正老年性下睑内翻伴倒睫,可提高治疗效果,且利于控制病情复发。Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of different surgical methods for correction of senile lower eyelid entropion with trichiasis.Methods:58 Cases(76 eyes)of senile patients with lower eyelid entropion and trichiasis were retrospectively selected as the research objects.Among them,38 eyes treated with modified orbicularis oculi muscle shortening combined with palpebral inversion suture surgery were included in the observation group and 38 eyes treated with skin and orbicularis oculi muscle resection were included in the control group,and the correction effect of the two groups was observed.Results:In the observation group,the cure rate and total effective rate were 92.11%(35/38)and 100.00%(38/38),respectively.In the control group,33 of the 38 eyes met the criteria of clinical cure,and the cure rate and total effective rate were 71.05%(27/38)and 86.84%(33/38),respectively.There were significant differences in the cure rate and total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified orbicularis oculi muscle shortening combined with palpebral inversion suture to correct senile lower eyelid entropion with trichiasis can not only improve the treatment effect but also help to control the recurrence of the disease.
