摘 要:依据桥梁养护管理相关规范,结合马鞍山长江大桥左汊悬索桥管养需求,开发了基于B\S架构的BIM信息系统,采用WebGL标准将悬索桥的工程信息模型在浏览器中进行渲染与表达。采用“桥梁→部位→部件→构件组→最小检查构件”的方法来对整座桥梁进行实体结构分解,建立桥梁模型单元之间的关联关系,同时从病害的基础属性与独立属性两个方面建立大桥的检查数据标准化表单。信息系统的主要功能包括桥梁基本信息概览、病害信息查询和展示、技术状况数据专题渲染、运行监测信息的融合管理等,展示了基于BIM信息系统的大跨悬索桥管养技术的应用优势。The paper introduces the development of a BIM-based information system for the suspension bridge of Ma’anshan Yangtze River Bridge.Relevant bridge maintenance codes in China are referred to and management and maintenance requirements of the bridge are considered.The system is based on Browser/Server Architecture,WebGL standard is adopted to render 3D models of the bridge in browser.The whole bridge is broken down into thousands of elements according to the category system bridge→bridge function parts→bridge components→element groups→elements,and hence the relationship between model units is established.As to the standardization of inspection data,bridge defects are classified and basic property set and individual property set are established for each type of defects.The main function of the information system includes overview of bridge 3D models and data,enquiry for bridge defects and demonstration of defects with 3D models,rendering of bridge condition index and the inclusive management of structural monitoring data.It fully demonstrates the applicability of the developed BIM information system in the maintenance management of long-span suspension bridges.
