摘　　要：单从哲学的角度来看,尼采是一位谜一般的哲学家,因为他的思想风格不同于绝大多数理性的哲学家。他绝妙地保持了在理性与情感之间的平衡,并在二者的张力中迸发出了巨大的创造力。始于尼采成年早期的双相障碍对他的哲学创造力产生了巨大的影响。在缺乏现代意义上的心理治疗的年代,尼采的哲学写作就是他进行自我心理治疗的方式,他将这种方式称为“升华”。在永恒轮回的思想中,他不仅发现了人生痛苦的重复,而且发现了一种在事件重复中获得补偿与完善的可能性。在超人的思想中,他揭示了一条通过成为超越凡人之上的超人去克服人生痛苦的解脱之路。在爱上帝者与敌基督者之间的摇摆中,尼采用哲学语言写下了一部凄美的人生日记。From a philosophical perspective,Friedrich Nietzsche is a mysterious philosopher because his style of thought is different from most rational philosophers.He wonderfully maintained the balance between reason and emotion,and burst out great creativity in their tension.The bipolar disorder that began in his early adulthood had an unimaginable impact on his philosophical creativity.In the absence of psychotherapy in the modern sense,his philosophical writing is his method of self-psychotherapy,and he calls it sublimation.In the thought of eternal reincarnation,he not only discovered painful repetition of life,but also discovered possibilities of compensation and perfection in the repetition of events.Through thoughts of Superman,he revealed that by becoming a superman beyond mortals,man can overcome the pain of life and achieve freedom.In the sway between the lover of God and the antichrist,he used philosophical language to write a poignant diary.
