摘　　要：生物医药行业的快速发展对药学专业人才的需求量逐渐增大,也对药物分析学专业学位硕士研究生培养的要求不断提高,既要掌握科研课题研究的基本实验技能,又要具备面向创新药物研发的多种能力。因此,在实践中将高校科研需要与专业实践基地的产业特征相结合,在培养过程中建立了液相色谱分析、药物合成及波谱解析和文献综述等基本训练体系,以使药物分析专业的硕士研究生能快速进入科研状态并具备创新药物研发所需的核心技能。The rapid development of the biopharmaceutical industry has gradually increased the demand for pharmacy professionals,as well as the requirements for the training of postgraduates with a professional degree in pharmaceutical analysis.It is necessary to master the basic experimental skills of scientific research and various abilities for research and development of innovative drugs.Therefore,the scientific research needs of colleges and universities are combined with the industrial characteristics of our professional practice bases.We have established basic training system including liquid chromatography analysis,drug synthesis and spectral analysis,and literature review are established in the training process.By training,the postgraduate students majoring in drug analysis be able to quickly enter the scientific research state and possess the core skills required for innovative drug development.
