摘  要:在华北电力大学控制与计算机工程学院自动化系“双一流”建设背景下,依据成果导向教育OBE(Outcome Based Education)理念,以完成自动化系培养计划为目标,为将控制理论打造成高度契合培养目标、具有鲜明能源电力行业特色和广泛适应性,并符合本科工程教育定位的课程体系,课程群团队制定了具有明确课程目标达成度、课程达成度评价方式的教学大纲,转变教学理念,转换教师角色,实施教学目标、教学方法、教学内容及教学评价机制改革,深入推进课程思政,打造虚拟实验平台,为中国能源电力转型发展提供人才和智力支撑。Under the background of the“double first-class”construction of the Department of Automation of North China Electric Power University,based on the OBE(Outcome Based Education)concept,with the goal of completing the training plan of the Department of Automation and making the control theory highly compatible with the training goal,has distinct energy and power industry characteristics and broad adaptability,and in line with the orientation of the curriculum system of the undergraduate engineering education,the course group team formulate a syllabus with a clear evaluation method of the course goal achievement degree and course achievement degree,change the teaching concept,transform the role of the teachers,and carry out reform in the the teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching content and teaching evaluation mechanisms,deepen the“curriculum ideological and political education”,and build a virtual experiment platform,so as to provide talent and intellectual support for China’s energy and electric power transformation and development.
