摘 要:修建新线会引起邻近既有线路基产生附加沉降,尤其在多线并行情况下,沉降情况更加复杂。为研究有效可行的路基变形控制技术,结合某多线并行高铁工程实例,提出一种新型路基结构设计方案,并通过有限元数值计算分析既有高铁路基附加变形分布规律,以及桩体参数对附加沉降的影响规律。结果表明:(1)单侧新线建设引起既有路基产生附加沉降变形随着距离的增加而逐渐减小,甚至产生微小上拱变形,既有铁路两侧帮填引起附加沉降更为显著,最大值达33.3 mm;(2)提出的“桩板结构+扶壁式挡墙”一体化结构结合轻质混凝土填筑方案,可控制既有路基附加沉降变形差异至0.1 mm级别,同时有效减小新建路基的占地面积;(3)桩长、桩径与既有路基附加沉降呈反比,桩间距与既有路基附加沉降呈正相关。The construction of new railway adjacent to the existing high-speed railway will cause additional settlement of the existing subgrade.The distribution of settlement is more complicated especially in the case of multi-lines merging.In order to study the effective and feasible deformation control technology of the new line foundation and ensure the safety of train operation,combined with a multi-line parallel high-speed railway project as the example,a new type of subgrade structure design plan was proposed,and the additional deformation distribution law of the existing high-speed railway foundation was analyzed through finite element numerical calculation.The influence of the pile parameters on the additional settlement was further studied.The result shows:(1)The construction of a new line on one side causes the additional settlement of the existing roadbed.The deformation gradually decreases with the increase of distance,and even produces a small upper supply deformation.The additional settlement caused by the filling on both sides of the existing railway is more significant,with the maximum value reaching 33.3 mm.(2)The proposed pile-slab structurebuttress retaining wall integrated structure combined with the lightweight concrete filling scheme can ensure that the additional settlement deformation difference of the existing subgrade is 0.01 mm compared with the conventional grading scheme,while effectively reducing the land occupation of the new subgrade.Area.(3)The pile length and pile diameter are inversely proportional to the additional settlement of the existing subgrade,and the pile spacing is positively related to the additional settlement of the existing subgrade.For the new line foundation of this study,the critical pile length is 14 m.
