去职业性还是树立现代职业性--完善一体化职业教育体系的主导理念探析

摘　　要：近年来,有关“职业性”的讨论成为职业教育体系发展的一大热点。通过回溯围绕职业教育“职业性”弃留的不同争论,从横纵两个层面分析树立现代职业性的涵义与维度,提出推动现代职业教育高质量发展需要借由现代职业性的树立来丰富和发展。鉴于此,应打破对职业的传统偏见,推动职业理念的内涵提升与外延拓展,发展更加全面的“职业观”和“职业教育观”。树立现代职业性能够为类型教育下的一体化职业教育体系建设提供明确、统一的理念,以其为主导来贯通职业教育体系建设和加强专业建设有助于提升职业教育社会认可度与优化职业教育类型定位。At present,the discussion about"vocationality"has become a hot topic in the development of vocational education system.In this article,we consider that promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education cannot abandon the label of vocationality,but to enrich and develop it through the establishment of modern vocationality.On this basis,we should break the traditional prejudice against occupation,upgrade the connotation and extend the denotation of the concept,develop a more comprehensive"occupation view"and"vocational education view".The construction of modern vocationality can provide a clear and unified leading idea for the improvement on integrated vocational education system from the perspective of type education,which is of great benefit to improve the social recognition of vocational education and optimize the positioning of vocational education.
