摘 要:在对山西省历山国家自然保护区野生大型真菌资源物种多样性的调查研究中,在落叶松林下采集到一份铦囊蘑属标本,对其进行了形态学和分子生物学鉴定。其主要特征为:菌盖直径3.2~4.3 cm,近圆形,菌盖中央灰褐色,向边缘颜色逐渐变浅;菌褶近白色,密集,边缘波状;菌柄长5.2~6.8 cm,粗0.3~0.5 cm,中空,菌柄上部黄棕色,向基部逐渐变白;孢子(6.5~9.1)μm×(3.6~5.9)μm,椭圆形,无色有疣状物;担子(20.4~29.2)μm×(6.3~10.3)μm;缘囊体(43.6~63.1)μm×(9.6~17.5)μm,纺锤形至烧瓶形;侧囊体与缘囊体相似;柄囊体(43.1~63.0)μm×(5.5~7.7)μm,烧瓶形,顶端有结晶。经ITS区序列比对,此标本与模式种Melanoleuca dirensis F.Nawaz,S.Jabeen&A.N.Khalid的序列(KU575243)相似度高达99.84%。基于ITS区序列采用最大似然法(ML)和贝叶斯分析法(BI)构建的系统发育树也支持此物种为下迪铦囊蘑(Melanoleuca dirensis)。综合形态学和分子系统学研究,确定此物种为中国新记录种下迪铦囊蘑(Melanoleuca dirensis)。In the investigation of species diversity of wild macrofungi resources in Lishan National Nature Reserve of Shanxi Province,a specimen of Melanoleuca Pat.was collected under the larch forest and identified by morphological and molecular methods.Its main characters were as follows:the pileus is grayish-brown in the center,and the color gradually becomes lighter toward the edge with 3.2-4.3 cm in diameter;the lamella was white,crowed,edge wavy;the stipe was 5.2-6.8 cm long and 0.3-0.5 cm in diameter,hollow,upper part yellowish brown,and become white towards base.Basidiospores were(6.5-9.1)μm×(3.6-5.9)μm,ellipsoid,hyaline,warty;basidia was(20.4-29.2)μm×(6.3-10.3)μm;Cheilocystidia was(43.6-63.1)μm×(9.6-17.5)μm,fusiform to lageniformes,without crystals at the apex;Pleurocystidia was similar to cheilocystidia;Caulocystidia was(43.1-63.0)μm×(5.5-7.7)μm,lageniformes,with crystals at the apex.Sequence alignment of ITS region showed that the similarity between the specimen and the type species M.dirensis F.Nawaz,S.Jabeen&A.N.Khalid.(KU575243)was 99.84%.The phylogenetic tree constructed by maximum likelihood method and Bayesian Inference with ITS region sequences also supports that this species is M.dirensis.With combinations of morphology and molecular phylogenetic studies,this species was identified as a new Chinese record as Melanoleuca dirensis.
