摘　　要：中国传统政治文化是在中国古代政治体系的运行过程中逐渐形成的。在传统帝制国家解体和现代民族国家建立的过程中,中国政治文化面临着艰难的转型。在近代中国,政治体系变革与政治文化转型表现出彼此推动的特征。中国传统政治文化转型的表现形态复杂多样,其中国家观念的现代转变无疑非常重要。中国近代国家观念与中国传统国家观念有很大差异,甚至存在严重冲突。近代国家观念在中国的传播与形成解构了传统中国的天下国家观,是建立主权在民的民族国家的前提条件。同时,公民观念的建构冲击了传统的臣民观念,推动了中国传统政治文化的重大变革。中国传统政治文化的现代转型,适应了中国发生的政治和社会变迁,为中国现代国家的建构奠定了政治文化基础。Chinese traditional political culture was gradually formed in the process of political system development in ancient China.During the process of the disintegration of the traditional monarchy state and the establishment of the modern nation-state,Chinese political culture confronted with difficult transition.In modern China,the transformation of political system and political culture were mutually promoted.The manifestation of the transformation of Chinese traditional political culture is complex and diverse,among which the building of Chinese modern state concept is undoubtedly significant.There exist great differences between modern Chinese state concept and traditional Chinese state concept,and there are even serious conflicts.The dissemination and formation of the concept of the modern state in China deconstructed the world state concept of traditional China,and it was a prerequisite for the establishment of a nation-state where the sovereignty rests with the people.Moreover,the formation of the concept of citizenship has shattered the traditional concept of lieges by which it brought about dramatic change for traditional Chinese political culture.The modern transformation of Chinese traditional political culture adapted to the political and social changes that had taken place in China,which laid a political culture foundation for the establishment of Chinese modern state.
