摘  要:知识是企业竞争力的决定性力量,企业在市场环境中依靠知识赢得竞争、博取经济利润的能力,可称为“企业知识竞争力”。企业通过反复循环的再生产过程,形成“通用性知识-专用性知识-专有性知识”三层次知识结构。基于此,本文构建了企业知识竞争力的理论模型和评价体系,并采用“级差赋权法”对2012~2020年计算机通信行业183家上市公司企业知识竞争力进行了评价。结果发现:计算机通信行业企业知识竞争力总体水平较低且“两极分化”现象较为突出;通用性知识、专用性知识和专有性知识对企业竞争力存在数量级的差异,其贡献程度依次递增。Knowledge is the decisive force for enterprise competitiveness.The ability of enterprises to rely on knowledge to win competition and win economic profits in a market environment can be called “enterprise knowledge competitiveness”.Enterprises form a three-level knowledge structure of “general knowledge-specific knowledge-proprietary knowledge” through repeated recycling reproduction process.Based on this,the theoretical model and evaluation system for enterprise knowledge competitiveness are established,and evaluates the knowledge competitiveness of 183 listed companies in the computer communication industry from2012 to 2020 by adopting the “differential weighting method”.The study finds that:the overall level of enterprise knowledge competitiveness in the computer communications industry is low,and the phenomenon of “polarization” is more prominent;general knowledge,specific knowledge and proprietary knowledge have orders of magnitude difference in the enterprise competitiveness,and their contribution levels increase in order.
