摘　　要：2020年水利部、财政部启动首批水系连通及水美乡村建设试点,经过两年实践,取得一系列成果和经验。结合首批试点县终期评估相关工作,梳理典型地区水系连通及水美乡村建设优秀案例,总结试点县建设工作的主要经验及做法、存在问题,为下一阶段水美乡村建设试点县建管体系完善提供参考借鉴,助力乡村振兴。In 2020,the Ministry of Water Resources and the Ministry of Finance launched the first batch of pilot counties for water system connection and water-beauty countryside construction.After two years of implemen-tation,a series of advanced achievements and experiences have been achieved.Combined with the final evalua-tion of the first batch of pilot counties,this paper combs the excellent cases of water system connection and water-beauty countryside construction in typical areas,summarizes the main experience and practices of the con-struction of pilot counties,and the existing problems,to provide a reference for the construction and management of pilot counties in the next stage,accelerate the construction of a systematic and perfect construction system,and help rural revitalization.
