园校融合视角下高职学前教育专业实习模式构建探索

摘  要:园校融合顺应了我国学前教育人才培养的要求,对培养应用型人才非常重要。文章通过探讨国校融合对学前教育人才培养的意义,结合当前高职学前教育人才培养存在的问题,指出在园校融合视角下的高职学前教育专业实习模式构建中,园校双方应该结合学前教育人才培养的要求,构建专业实习质量管理体系、实习资源共享模式、实习岗前培养环境及实习评价指标体系,形成布局合理的综合专业实习架构,培养新时代应用型学前教育人才。The integration of kindergarten and school conforms to the requirements of pre-school education personnel training in China,and is very important for cultivating applied talents.By discussing the significance of kindergarten school integration to the cultivation of preschool education talents,and in combination with the current problems in the cultivation of higher vocational preschool education talents,this paper points out that in the construction of professional practice mode of higher vocational preschool education from the perspective of kindergarten school integration,both kindergarten and school should,in combination with the requirements of preschool education talents cultivation,build professional practice quality management system,practice resource sharing mode,pre job training environment and practice evaluation index system,form a comprehensive professional practice structure with reasonable layout and cultivate applied preschool education talents in the new era.
