摘  要:孟加拉帕德玛大桥主桥全长6150 m,为41孔150 m跨公铁两用桥。根据桥址区域的建设条件,对比分析了混凝土矮塔斜拉桥方案和钢桁结合梁桥方案,综合考虑经济性、施工难易程度等,最终选择钢桁结合梁桥方案。主桥采用全焊接钢桁梁,横向2片桁之间取消了上平联,每片主桁均为无竖杆的三角形华伦式桁架;公路桥面板采用工厂预制、吊装胶拼,通过剪力钉与主桁连接共同受力,有效利用了混凝土桥面板材料特性,提高了主桥承载能力和结构刚度;铁路桥面板为预制钢筋混凝土构件,通过剪力钉与铁路钢纵梁连接,形成整体参与结构受力;考虑强风、强震、强冲刷的建设条件,桥墩基础采用6根3.0 m的大直径钢管斜桩,有效提高了桩基水平承载力,减少了基桩数量;采用摩擦摆隔震支座代替传统滑动支座,显著降低了传递到桥梁下部结构的地震力,进一步优化了结构工程数量。The main bridge of Padma Bridge in Bangladesh is a multipurpose rail-cum-road bridge that consists of 41 spans of 150 m,with a total length of 6150 m.Considering the construction conditions,two options,including the extradosed bridge of concrete girder and composite steel truss bridge,were presented,but the composite steel truss bridge was finally selected on account of economy and engineering complexities.The superstructure is composed of two lateral fully-welded Warren trusses,with no upper lateral bracings.The roadway deck were manufactured in the factory,hoisted and glued at bridge site,and connected with the steel trusses via shear studs,consequently,the concrete slabs and the steel trusses act compositely,which makes good use of the material property of concrete slabs and improve the load bearing capacity and structural stiffness of the bridge.For the railway deck,the prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs are connected with the steel stringers via shear studs to create composite effect.To accommodate heavy winds,intense earthquakes and strong scours,the foundation of each pier is formed of 6,3.0 m raked steel tubular piles,compared with traditional group pile foundation,the number of piles is cut down,but the horizontal load bearing capacity is not compromised.Compared with the traditional sliding bearings,the utilization of friction pendulum seismic isolation bearings reduces the seismic energy transmitted to the substructure of the bridge.Meanwhile,the engineering quantity is further optimized.
