摘　　要：神经退行性疾病是一类神经元功能减退、丧失为主的渐进性退行性疾病,如阿尔茨海默氏病、脑卒中、帕金森氏病等。这些疾病难以治愈,严重影响人们生活质量。脂肪源性干细胞(Adiposederivedstem cells,ADSCs)源自于脂肪组织分离、纯化的间充质干细胞,具有多向性分化特点,广泛使用于神经退行性疾病治疗中。本文讨论了ADSCs在神经退行性疾病中的作用及其再生特性,并探讨了当前ADSCs的临床应用和未来挑战,以期为ADSCs在临床应用上提供参考。Neurodegenerative diseases are a class of progressive degenerative diseases characterized as decline and loss of neuronal function and include Alzheimer's disease,cerebral troke;Parkinson's disease,etc.These diseases are refractory and seri-ously affect people's quality of life.Adipose derived stem cells(ADSCs)are derived from mesenchymal stem cells that are isolated and purified from adipose tissue.They have the characteristics of multidirectional differentiation and are widely used in the treat-ment of neurodegenerative diseases.This review explores the role of ADSCs in treating neurodegenerative diseases and their regen-eration characteristics,and discusses the current clinical applications and future challenges of ADSCs,in order to provide referenc-es for the clinical application of ADSCs.
