低碳经济视域下石油企业管理创新探讨

摘　　要：能源短缺、自然环境受到破坏,让公众更重视低碳环保的社会发展模式,随之发展出的低碳经济,对各行各业的技术、管理都提出了全新要求。文章分析低碳经济视域下的石油企业管理创新,研究低碳经济理论,分析目前石油企业在低碳经济背景下的管理问题,分析管理创新的必要性,最后对如何开展管理创新工作进行分析。通过研究,让石油企业创新管理模式,适应低碳经济下的运行要求,实现石油企业的效益最大化。The shortage of energy,the destruction of the natural environment,let the public pay more attention to the social development model of low-carbon environmental protection,and then develop a low-carbon economy,technology and management of all walks of life have put forward new requirements.This paper analyzes the management innovation of petroleum enterprises from the perspective of low-carbon economy,studies the theory of low-carbon economy,analyzes the management problems of petroleum enterprises under the background of low-carbon economy,analyzes the necessity of management innovation,and finally analyzes how to carry out management innovation.Through research,petroleum enterprises can innovate management mode,adapt to the operation requirements of low carbon economy,and maximize the benefits of petroleum enterprises.
