摘  要:为了调查新疆部分地区牛蜱传无浆体和环形泰勒虫情况,本试验采集吐鲁番、阿勒泰和伊犁州共3个地区356份牛全血样品,用PCR方法检测无浆体和环形泰勒虫,用SPSS软件进行数据统计分析,用MAGE 7.0软件进行相应病原靶基因的系统进化分析。PCR结果显示,新疆3个地区蜱传绵羊无浆体、牛无浆体和环形泰勒虫感染率分别为21.9%(78/356)、37.4%(133/356)、41.6%(148/356);SPSS分析结果显示,3个地区3种病原单一感染率不存在显著性差异(P>0.05);测序分析显示,绵羊无浆体、牛无浆体的16S rRNA和环形泰勒虫的Tams 1基因与GenBank中登录的其他地区分离株的同源性分别是98%~100%、96%~99%和95%~98%;遗传进化分析显示,伊犁州和阿勒泰地区的绵羊无浆体遗传距离较近,与吐鲁番地区较远;阿勒泰和吐鲁番地区的牛无浆体、环形泰勒虫的遗传距离较近,与伊犁州地区较远。本试验所获得的新疆部分地区牛蜱传病原感染及分布情况的数据为其有效防控打下坚实的基础。In order to investigate the status of tick-borne Anaplasma and Theileria annulata infections in cattle in Xinjiang,this study collected 356 bovine whole blood samples from 3 regions Turpan,Altay,and Yili,and utilized PCR for detection of Anaplasma and Theileria annulata,SPSS software for statistical analysis of data,and MAGE 7.0 software for systematic evolution analysis of corresponding pathogenic target genes.The results showed that PCR identified Anaplasma ovis,Anaplasma bovis,and Theileria annulata in 21.9%(78/356),37.4%(133/356),and 41.6%(148/356),respectively;SPSS analysis revealed no significant difference in single infection rate of three pathogens in three regions(P>0.05);sequencing analysis detected 98%-100%,96%-99%,95%-98%homologies in A.ovis and A.bovis 16S rRNA gene,and T.annulate Tams 1 gene,respectively,with the isolates from other regions assessed in GenBank;genetic evolution analysis indicated that the A.ovis in Yili and Altay were closely related,but far from Turpan area,the genetic distance of A.bovis and T.annulata in Altay and Turpan areas was relatively close,but far from Yili area.The experimental data on the distribution and infection of main tick-borne pathogens of cattle in selected areas of Xinjiang provide a valuable guide for their future control and prevention.
