摘 要:以西北半干旱河谷盆地兰州市为研究区,针对垃圾填埋场建设需求,从自然、气候、区位方面确定了22项评价因子,基于模糊逻辑集成地理信息系统(GIS)和层次分析法(AHP),将评价体系定量化并叠加控制性区域得到垃圾填埋场选址结果,并采用基于密度的聚类算法分析选址结果.结果表明,可建设区占比14.30%,分布在兰州新区、苦水镇与榆中北山周边,区域特征为地形平坦,植被分布较少,距离城区远,对居民和水系等影响小.限制建设区与不可建设区占比为20.18%和65.52%,呈现出“岛屿”和“廊道”的分布特征,所在区域距离居民点和水系较近,且海拔较高,不适宜建设填埋场.Taking Lanzhou,a semi-arid valley basin in northwest China,as the research area,22 evaluation criteria were determined from the aspects of nature,climate and location according to the requirements of landfill construction.Based on fuzzy logic integrated geographic information system(GIS)and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the evaluation system was quantified and superimposed on the controlling areas to obtain the landfill site selection results,and the density-based clustering algorithm was used to analyze the site selection results.The results showed that,the construction areas accounted for 14.30%,which were distributed in Lanzhou New Area,Kushui Town and the surrounding area of Yuzhong North Mountain.The regional features were flat terrain,less vegetation distribution,far away from the city,and little impact on residents and water system.The proportion of restricted construction area and non-construction area is 20.18%and 65.52%,showing the distribution characteristics of“island”and“corridor”.The area is close to residential areas and water system,and the elevation is high,so it is not suitable for landfill construction.
