摘  要:模块化多电平铁路功率调节器MMC-RPC可以综合治理电气化铁路高负序含量、谐波污染等电能质量问题。传统双闭环PI控制存在受非线性因素影响大、动态响应慢、谐波治理能力差的缺陷,为提高MMC-RPC的控制性能和治理效果,提出一种可降低系统超调量并对控制器参数进行实时动态调整的双环复合控制策略。功率外环采用传统PI和变参数PI相结合的分段控制,电流内环引入重复模糊PI控制器。在Matlab/Simulink中搭建仿真模型,并与传统双闭环PI控制策略进行对比分析,验证了采用控制策略的优越性和可行性。Modular multilevel converter railway static power conditioner(MMC-RPC)can comprehensively solve power quality problems such as high negative sequence content and harmonic pollution of electrified railway.The traditional double closed-loop IP control has the defects of large influence by nonlinear factors,slow dynamic response and poor harmonic contol ability.In order to improve the control performance and control effect of MMC-RPC,a double loop compound control strategy is proposed,which can reduce the overshoot of the system and adjust the controller parameters dynamically in real time.The power outer loop adopts the segmented control which combines the traditional PI and variable parameter PI,and the current inner loop introduces the repetitive fuzzy PI controller.The simulation model is built in Matlab/Simulink,and compared with the traditional double closed-loop PI control strategy,the superiority and feasibility of the control strategy are verified.
