摘　　要：目的:探讨脂溢性角化病应用PicoWay超皮秒激光治疗的效果、安全性以及治疗期间的护理体会。方法:笔者医院收治面部脂溢性角化病患者60例,所有患者均接受PicoWay超皮秒激光治疗,评价其疗效,并探讨治疗前后护理体会。结果:60例患者均安全完成治疗,痊愈38例(63.33%),显效15例(25.00%),有效7例(11.67%),无效0例(0.00%)。结论:PicoWay超皮秒激光配合科学的护理干预措施能够安全有效地治疗脂溢性角化病。Objective To investigate the efficacy,safety and nursing experience of the treatment of facial seborrhea keratosis with PicoWay picosecond laser.Methods 60 patients with facial seborrhea keratosis in our hospital were selected,all patients received PicoWay picosecond laser treatment.The curative effect was evaluated,and the nursing experience before and after treatment was discussed.Results All patients successfully completed the treatment,38 cases (63.33%) were cured,15 cases (25.00%) were markedly effective,7 cases (11.67%) were effective,and 0 case(0.00%) was ineffective.Conclusion PicoWay picosecond laser combined with scientific nursing intervention measures can safely and effectively treat seborrhea keratosis.
