正畸联合修复矫治牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析正畸联合修复矫治牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的临床疗效。方法:选择2017年2月-2019年2月笔者医院口腔科收治的60例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和实验组(30例)。对照组单纯修复治疗,实验组先正畸再修复治疗。比较两组治疗前和治疗后的头影测量指标和咀嚼功能,观察两组治疗后的牙齿美学效果和面型美观情况。结果:实验组优良率、前牙正常覆牙合、覆盖占比及牙齿整齐患者占比显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后实验组上颌突度(SNA)降低,且低于对照组;治疗后两组下颌突度(SNB)均升高,实验组高于对照组;两组上下颌相对突度(ANB)均降低,实验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实验组咀嚼效率、咬合力均升高,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者,可有效促进患者牙齿恢复,纠正牙颌畸形,同时改善咀嚼功能,具有较好的疗效和美学效果。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of orthodontic combined repair on dentition defect with dental deformity.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,60 patients with dentition defect with dental deformity admitted to the department of stomatology of our hospital were taken as research objects,and they were divided into the control group (30 cases) and the experimental group (30 cases) by random number table method.The control group was treated with simple restoration,while the experimental group was treated with orthodontic treatment before restoration.The cephalometric indexes and masticatory function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the aesthetic effect of teeth and facial appearance of the two groups after treatment were observed.Results The excellent and good rate,the ratio of normal front teeth covering,and the proportion of patients with regular teeth in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,SNA in the experimental group decreased and lower than that in control group.After treatment,SNB of both groups increased,which was higher in the experimental group than in the control group.ANB decreased in both groups,which was lower in the experimental group than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The masticatory efficiency and bite force of the experimental group were increased,which were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of dentition defect with dental deformity by orthodontic combined repair could effectively promote the recovery of teeth,effectively correct dental deformity and improve masticatory function,with better therapeutic effect and aesthetic effect.
