可见光固化复合树脂修复成人龋齿的美学效果及并发症研究

摘　　要：目的:探究可见光固化复合树脂充填技术在成年龋齿患者修复中的美学效果及对术后并发症的影响。方法:选择2020年1月-2020年6月笔者医院门诊收治的60例龋齿患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30,玻璃离子治疗)和观察组(n=30,可见光固化复合树脂充填技术治疗),对比两组患者的充填效果、牙齿美观程度、自觉疼痛程度、敏感及并发症等情况。结果:对照组充填成功率为70.00%,失败率为30.00%;观察组充填成功率为93.33%,失败率为6.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05)。对照组敏感发生率26.67%,观察组为6.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1周、1个月、3个月自觉疼痛程度均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组美观、舒适、语言、咀嚼评分较对照组高,观察组30°、60°、90°、120°各个夹角组织应力均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率26.67%,观察组为6.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。结论:可见光固化复合树脂充填技术应用于成年龋齿患者修复中,能够提高充填效果、降低敏感发生率及自觉疼痛程度,美学效果较好,并发症少,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the cosmetic eff ect and postoperative complications of visible light curing composite resin fi lling technology in the repair of adult caries.Methods 60 adult patients with dental caries in outpatient department of author hospital from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.By using random number table method,they were divided into two groups:control group(n=30,glass ion treatment)and observation group(n=30,visible light curing composite resin fi lling technology treatment).The fi lling eff ect,aesthetic degree of teeth,perceived pain degree,sensitivity and complications were compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,the fi lling success rate was 70.00%and the failure rate was 30.00%.The success rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and the failure rate was 6.67%,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05).The incidence of sensitivity was 26.67%in the control group and 6.67%in the observation group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).The degree of self-conscious pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 1 week,1 month and 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).The scores of aesthetics,comfort,language and chewing in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The tissue stress at 30°,60°,90°and 120°in the observation group was small in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 26.67%in the control group and 6.67%in the observation group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of visible light curing composite resin fi lling technology in the repair of adult patients with dental caries can improve the fi lling eff ect,reduce the incidence of sensitivity and the degree of conscious pain,with better cosmetic eff ect and less complications,which is worthy of promotion.
