奥美拉唑联合米诺环素对牙周病患者牙槽骨密度及表皮生长因子表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥美拉唑联合米诺环素在牙周病患者中的临床效果及对牙槽骨密度及表皮生长因子的影响。方法:选取2016年5月-2018年3月笔者科室就诊的74例牙周病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组给予甲硝唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合奥美拉唑、米诺环素治疗,疗程均4周。对比两组患者治疗前后牙周指数、咀嚼功能、牙槽骨密度及表皮生长因子变化情况,同时统计不良反应以评价药物安全性。结果:治疗后,观察组患者牙周袋消除及牙龈出血指数均低于对照组,观察组牙齿坚固指数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组咬合力、咀嚼效率均高于对照组,观察组牙槽骨密度低于对照组,观察组表皮生长因子水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗过程中菌群失调、消化道反应、肾损害、肝损害、过敏反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将奥美拉唑联合米诺环素用于牙周病治疗中,能改善患者牙周指数及咀嚼功能,有助于改善牙槽骨密度及表皮生长因子水平,药物安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with minocycline in patients with periodontal disease and its effect on alveolar bone mineral density and epidermal growth factor.Methods From May 2016 to March 2018,74 patients with periodontal disease were divided into observation group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole,and the observation group was treated with omeprazole and minocycline on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The changes of periodontal index,chewing function,alveolar bone density and epidermal growth factor were compared before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were counted to evaluate drug safety.Results The periodontal pocket elimination and gingival bleeding index after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The teeth firmness index of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),the bite force and chewing efficiency of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The alveolar bone density of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),the level of epidermal growth factor after treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of flora imbalance,gastrointestinal reactions,kidney damage,liver damage,and allergic reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with minocycline can improve periodontal index and chewing function,improve alveolar bone mineral density and epidermal growth factor levels,and has high drug safety,which is worthy of popularization and application.
