摘 要:托槽的精准定位是正畸治疗成功的关键。传统间接粘接由于其实验室操作复杂等原因无法在正畸临床中普及,而近年来出现的数字化间接粘接技术则因其多项优势逐步在临床中推广。本文就间接粘接技术的发展以及数字化间接粘接在唇侧矫治、舌侧矫治和无托槽隐形矫治中的应用进行论述,并将传统间接粘接技术和数字化间接粘接技术进行对比,且认为随着数字化技术的发展及理念更新,数字化间接粘接技术必有更广泛的临床应用前景。Accurate positioning of brackets is the key to the success of orthodontic treatment.Traditional indirect bonding technique was unable to widely applied in clinical orthodontic treatment due to the complexity of laboratory operation process.However,in recent years,the emergence of digital indirect bonding technique is gradually popularized in clinical because of its several advantages.This paper introduces the development of the indirect bonding technique and the application of digital indirect bonding technique in labial appliance,lingual appliance and bracketless invisible aligner.Moreover,we compare the traditional indirect bonding technique to digital indirect bonding technique in this paper.With the development of technology and concept update,digital indirect bonding technique will surely have a broader clinical application prospect.
