摘  要:教育科研能力是现代教师必备的基本素质之一。但当前中学教师论文写作学术不端行为频发,这有其内外诱导因素。外在因素包括科研诚信环境的有待净化、利益链的诱惑、评价标准和方法的不当、对学术失范行为的纵容和学术不端行为防范监督体系的不健全等。内在因素包括中学教师自身科研能力的不足、科研素养的缺乏和学术道德的低下等。建议通过改善外部科研环境和提升教师自身科研能力等防范学术不端行为的发生,如相关政策的完善与落实,教学与科研互促氛围的营造,期刊的规范化和教师学术道德水平、科研素养与教育反思能力的提升等。The ability of educational research is one of the essential qualities of modern teachers.However,academic misconduct in current middle school teachers’paper writing occurs frequently,which has its internal and external inducing factors.The external factors include the lack of the environment of scientific research integrity,the temptation of the interest chain,the inappropriate evaluation standards and methods,the connivance of academic misconduct and the imperfection of the prevention and supervision system for academic misconduct.The internal factors include the lack of self-research ability of middle school teachers,the lack of scientific research literacy and the low academic morality.It is recommended to prevent the occurrence of academic misconduct by improving the external scientific research environment and enhancing teachers’own scientific research ability,such as the improvement and implementation of relevant policies,the creation of an atmosphere of mutual promotion between teaching and scientific research,the standardization of journals and the enhancement of teachers’academic level scientific research literacy,educational reflection ability.
