摘　　要：结合连铸分厂原打号机机械系统出现的各种故障进行分析,通过采用中国某公司提供的机械手金属丝喷号系统改造方案后,解决了原打号机机械系统出现的各种问题,提高了产品质量。Combined with the continuous casting branch of the original machine mechanical system of the various faults are analyzed, through the adoption of a Chinese company provided by the manipulator metal wire spraying system transformation scheme, the perfect solution to the original machine mechanical system of the various problems, improve the quality of products.
