摘 要:目的:探讨视觉训练系统联合压抑疗法对屈光性弱视患儿的临床影响。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月-2021年1月在某院确诊的108例(181眼)大龄屈光性弱视患儿,根据有无进行视觉系统训练分为训练组58例(96眼)和未训练组50例(85眼),未训练组患者采用压抑疗法,训练组采用压抑疗法联合视觉训练系统治疗,持续治疗3个月。分别于治疗前后,比较两组患儿裸眼视力及矫正视力;采用Worth4点方法和Titmus立体视检查图检测并比较两组患儿双眼融像功能指标和立体视功能,并记录治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗3个月后,训练组患儿裸眼视力及矫正视力均显著高于未训练组(P<0.05);训练组患者双眼融像功能和立体视功能正常个数明显高于未训练组(P<0.05)。结论:视觉训练系统联合压抑疗法可有效改善大龄屈光性弱视患儿的视功能,且对双眼融像功能及立体视功能有明显影响。Objective:To explore the effects of visual training system combined with suppression therapy on children with refractive amblyopia.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the 108 older children(181 eyes)with refractive amblyopia confirmed in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021.According to presence or absence of visual system training,they were divided into training group(58 cases,96 eyes)and non-training group(50 cases,85 eyes).The non-training group was given suppression therapy,while training group was additionally given visual training system.The two groups were continuously treated for 3 months.Before and after treatment,the naked eye vision and corrected visual acuity between the two groups were compared.The binocular fusion functional indexes and stereopsis function were detected and compared between the two groups by Worth 4-point method and Titmus stereoscopic examination diagrams.The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the naked eye vision and corrected visual acuity in training group were significantly higher than those in non-training group(P<0.05),and the number of cases with normal binocular fusion function and stereopsis function was significantly higher than that in non-training group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Visual training system combined with suppression therapy can significantly improve visual function of older children with refractive amblyopia,and has an obvious effect on binocular fusion and stereopsis function.
