摘　　要：科技成果转化在激烈的国际竞争中具有举足轻重的作用。高校既是科技创新的重要策源地,也是科技成果的主要产出者,高校科技成果转化能力在一定程度上影响着国家和地方战略性新兴产业成长与经济社会发展的潜力。我国高校科技成果转化成功率不高主要归因于制度不健全、成果转化积极性不高、专业服务能力不强、平台建设欠缺。文章研究分析了高校科技成果转化的主要模式,结合高校科技成果转化的不同阶段提出对策与建议。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements plays an important role in the fierce international competition.Colleges and universities are not only the important source of scientific and technological innovation,but also the main producer of scientific and technological achievements.The transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities affects the growth of national and local strategic emerging industries and the potential of economic and social development to a certain extent.The low success rate of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities in China is mainly attributed to the imperfect system,the low enthusiasm for the transformation of achievements,the weak professional service ability and the lack of platform construction.This paper studies and analyzes the main modes of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the different stages of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.
