摘  要:当前,社会转型、资本扩张、技术冲击和意识形态调控,成为新闻学院人才培养转型的几大结构性要素。新生专业导论应提供怎样的“专业画像”,让新生认知哪些核心技能、又该如何自主学习,是一项紧迫的教改课题。新闻专业导论要为新生剖析媒介生态与行业生态的势、道、术,这也回应着新闻学院人才培养的宏观、中观和微观维度。在具体做法上,要有意识地强化一种实践知识型的引导,实现旧文科到新文科、从“在手性”到“上手性”、从“媒介适应面”到“泛播适应面”的转换,使“全”与“专”的知识做到配伍,新生导论课程方可做到内容大于形式、方向重于速度。The transformation of society,the capital expansion,the advancement of new technologies as well as the control of ideology have become the structural factors for a change of talents'training in journalist schools.It is vital to explore the new way of pitching the"professional profile"of journalism and communication studies by making the freshmen to be more aware of the core skills of study as well as the methods of self-learning.The Guide to Journalism and Communications teaching programme should show the students the trends,principles,and techniques of the media industry and its eco-system,which echoes to the journalism education and training at micro,meso,and macro levels.In order to emphasize the content and orientation over the form and speed,one should consciously enforce the guide of practical knowledge,and accelerate the reformations from"legacy humanities"to"new humanities",from"vorhandeheit"to"zuhandeheit".It is essential to make"whole person"education and"specialized"knowledge compatible,and to switch from"the modality of media"to"omni-communication of media".
