摘　　要：在全媒体时代,传媒行业的快速变革带来对新型传媒人才需求的不断扩大,给地方普通本科院校的传媒类人才培养带来新的挑战。传媒类专业作为新文科发展中的重要专业,应该摒弃人才培养的同质化现象。提出以OBE理念为特色的地方本科高校传媒人才培养策略:以效果为导向,建立实践能力培养的课程体系和评价体系,加强“产业”与“教育”行业的结合,以期解决地方普通本科院校传媒人才培养与产业需求的结构性矛盾,服务地方经济社会发展。In the all media era,the rapid change of the media industry promotes the continuous expansion of the demand for new media talents,which poses new challenges to the training of media talents in local ordinary undergraduate colleges.As an important discipline in the development of new liberal arts,media majors should observe the phenomenon of homogenization and problems of talent training.This paper devises the strategy for training media talents in local colleges and universities characterized by the concept of OBE.It takes the effect as the guide,establishes the curriculum system and evaluation system of practical ability training,and encourages the integration between"industry"and"education"so as to resolve the structural dilemma between the training of media talents and the demand of industry in local ordinary undergraduate colleges by fostering the local economic and social development.
