摘 要:[目的]为了降低茉莉酸甲酯的挥发性,提高其利用率,制备茉莉酸甲酯微胶囊悬浮剂。[方法]以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和1,6-己二胺为反应单体,茉莉酸甲酯为芯材,大豆油甲酯为溶剂,SAFOL EN90为乳化剂,Borresperse NA为分散剂,采用界面聚合法制备微胶囊。[结果]该微胶囊近似球形,表面光滑,茉莉酸甲酯的包封率达到98.7%,悬浮率为97.2%。该微胶囊具有优异的缓释性能,属于菲克释放机制,也具有突出的抑制挥发性的能力。[结论]茉莉酸甲酯通过界面聚合法微胶囊化后可以显著增强其缓释和抑制挥发的性能。[Aims] This study aims to prepare methyl jasmonate microcapsule suspension to reduce the volatilization of methyl jasmonate and improve its utilization rate. [Methods] Using diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI) and1,6-hexanediamine as monomers, methyl jasmonate as core material, soybean oil methyl ester as solvent, SAFOL EN90as emulsifier, Borresperse NA as dispersant, the microcapsules were prepared by interface polymerization method.[Results] The microcapsule is nearly spherical and has a smooth surface. The encapsulation rate of methyl jasmonate is98.7% and the suspension rate is 97.2%. The microcapsule has excellent sustained release performance, belongs to fick release mechanism, and also has outstanding ability to inhibit volatility. [Conclusions] The microencapsulation of methyl jasmonate by interfacial polymerization can significantly enhance the slow release and inhibition of volatilization.
