摘 要:[目的]明确精喹禾灵、氟磺胺草醚和砜嘧磺隆等除草剂对芋田杂草的防除效果及合理剂量,以及对芋头的安全性进行评价。[方法]调查泰州地区及试验地周边杂草类型,设计田间小区试验,调查各药剂的田间防除效果及对芋头生长发育及产量的影响,对其安全性进行评价。[结果]单独施用精喹禾灵仅对单子叶杂草有很好的灭杀效果,复配氟磺胺草醚后对双子叶杂草也表现出了较好的防效,按照有效成分1∶1,且总用量在240~360 g a.i./hm2时,对田间杂草的总防效可达到80%以上,且对芋头安全。[结论]精喹禾灵复配氟磺胺草醚后能够扩大杀草谱、提高防效,在芋田可以推广应用。[Aims] The study was aims to figure out the effect and proper amount of herbicide such as quizalofop-p-ethyl, fomesafen and rimsulfuron used to prevent and control weeds in taro fields, and to evaluate their safety for taros. [Methods] The types of weeds in Taizhou and surrounding the experimental field was investigated, and a plot experiment in the field was designed to investigate the prevention and control effect of these agents in the field and their influence on the growth and yield of taros, and evaluate their safety. [Results] Quizalofop-p-ethyl used alone only performs well in killing monocotyledonous weeds, and also shows a good effect on dicotyledonous weeds when compounded with fomesafen. With effective ingredients in a proportion of 1∶1 and a total amount of 240-360 g a.i./ha,they can reach over 80% of the overall prevention of field weeds and are safe for taros. [Conclusions] After compounded with fomesafen, quizalofop-p-ethyl can expand the weed control spectrum and improve the prevention effect, so its application in taro fields can be promoted.
