摘  要:加热温度是影响热轧搪瓷钢显微组织、力学性能和抗鳞爆性能的一个重要工艺参数。以一种热轧含钛搪瓷钢为对象,研究了不同加热温度下其显微组织、力学性能和抗鳞爆性能。利用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜对钢的显微组织进行了表征,利用拉伸试验和氢渗透试验分别评价力学性能和抗鳞爆性能。结果表明,1150℃和1250℃加热温度下,试验钢热轧后的显微组织均为铁素体和碳化物。随加热温度的升高,热轧后铁素体平均晶粒尺寸和TiC析出物平均尺寸均降低。与低加热温度(1150℃)相比,高加热温度(1250℃)有利于提高热轧含钛搪瓷钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度和抗鳞爆性能,有利于在热轧过程中获得更加细小的铁素体和Ti C析出物。The heating temperature is an important technological parameter that affects the microstructure, mechanical properties and scale-resistant properties of hot rolled enamel steel. The microstructure, mechanical properties and scale-resistant properties of a hot-rolled titanium-containing enamel steel at different heating temperatures were studied. The microstructures were characterized by optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. While the mechanical properties and scale-resistant properties were evaluated by uniaxial tensile test and hydrogen permeation test, respectively. The results show that the microstructures of the experimental steel after hot rolling are both ferrite and carbides at heating temperatures of 1150 ℃ and 1250 ℃, and the average ferrite grain size and mean size of TiC particles decrease with the heating temperature increasing. The high heating temperature(1250℃) is beneficial to improve the yield strength, tensile strength and scale explosion resistance of hot-rolled titanium-containing enamel steel compared to the low heating temperature(1150℃), and to obtain more fine ferrite and Ti C precipitates during hot rolling.
