试论张仲景对《内经》“病为本,工为标”理论的传承应用

摘　　要：[目的]探究张仲景所著《金匮要略》对《内经》“病为本,工为标”理论的传承及具体应用,以期促进医患关系和谐,指导临床实践。[方法]以《内经》“标本”理论为核心,系统整理《金匮要略》在用药调护和疾病预后等方面的具体应用。[结果]《内经》提出的“病为本,工为标”医患关系理论,强调以患者为核心,为后世实践奠定理论基础。《金匮要略》在论述杂病诊治的同时,还详细记载了患者服药的注意事项,对“标本”理论具有传承性。主要内容包括六个方面:告知药物服法,注意药后调护,观察药后反应,把握饮食宜忌,注重调畅情志,强调中病即止。[结论]深入发掘中医经典理论中的医患沟通理论及思想,有助于促进医患和谐关系,对指导临床实践及促进患者康复具有积极的作用。[Objective]To explore the inheritance and specific application of the theory of Synopsis of Golden Chamber written by ZHANG Zhongjing to the theory of“Diseases are Ben(root)and the diagnosis and treatments of doctors are Biao(branch)”in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor,in order to promote harmonious doctor-patient relationship and guide clinical practice.[Methods]Taking the theory of“Biaoben”in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor as the core,systematizing the specific treatment of Synopsis of Golden Chamber in medication regulation and disease prognosis.[Results]Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor proposed“Diseases are Ben(root)and the diagnosis and treatments of doctors are Biao(branch)”theory of doctor-patient relationship,emphasizing the patient as the core,to lay the theoretical foundation for future practice.While discussing the diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous diseases,Synopsis of Golden Chamber also records in detail the precautions for patients to take medicine,which has inheritance to the“Biaoben”theory.The main content includes six aspects:Informing administration of medicine,paying attention to the post-treatment,observing the reaction after the medicine,handling dietary restrictions,focusing on emotional adjustment and emphasizing to stop medication when the disease is cured.[Conclusion]Deeply exploring the theory and thought of doctor-patient communication in the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful to promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,and plays a positive role in guiding clinical practice and promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
