摘  要:在核化工氢同位素分离领域,液相催化交换工艺的应用越来越广泛。该工艺过程中,气液相交换反应发生在催化交换床层填装的散堆不锈钢填料表面,为了提高气液相交换效率,需要对散堆不锈钢填料表面进行亲水化处理。针对应用最普遍的三角螺旋填料,对比研究了氢氧化钠溶液与非离子表面活性剂对三角螺旋填料的超声脱脂效果;进一步系统性分析了王水浸泡和亲水氧化对三角螺旋填料表面处理的影响,结合重量和SEM分析对三角螺旋填料的亲水氧化效果进行了分析研究;在此基础上最终确定了三角螺旋填料表面处理的工艺技术路线。In the field of hydrogen isotope separation of nuclear and chemical industry, liquid phase catalytic exchange process is more and more widely used. In this chemical process, the gas-liquid phase exchange reaction takes place on the surface of the bulk stainless steel filler filled in the catalytic exchange bed. In order to improve the gas-liquid phase exchange efficiency, the surface of the bulk stainless steel filler needs to be hydrophilized. In this paper, the ultrasonic degreasing effect of sodium hydroxide solution and non-ionic surfactant on triangular spiral packing was studied;The effects of aqua regia immersion and hydrophilic oxidation on the surface treatment of triangular spiral packing were further systematically analyzed. The hydrophilic oxidation effect of triangular spiral packing was analyzed and studied combined with weight and SEM analysis;On this basis, the technological route of surface treatment of triangular spiral packing was finally determined.
