摘 要:以脱胶山桐子油为研究对象,探究NaOH质量分数、超碱量、碱炼温度、碱炼时间对山桐子油脱酸率的影响,通过单因素结合正交试验,对山桐子油碱炼脱酸工艺进行参数优化,并对脱酸前后山桐子油的品质进行检测。结果表明:最佳碱炼脱酸条件为NaOH质量分数15%、超碱量0.25%(以油质量计)、碱炼温度40℃、碱炼时间45 min,在此条件下,山桐子油脱酸率达到95.86%。脱酸后山桐子油各理化指标除过氧化值外均有显著改善,脂肪酸组成及总生育酚含量并未发生显著变化。Taking degummed idesia oil as the research object,the effects of NaOH mass fraction,super alkali content,alkali refining temperature and alkali refining time on the deacidification rate of idesia oil were explored.Through single factor and orthogonal test,the parameters of the alkali refining process of idesia oil were optimized,and the quality of idesia oil before and after deacidification was detected.The results showed that the optimum conditions for alkali refining were NaOH mass fraction 15%,super alkali content 0.25%(calculated by oil mass),alkali refining temperature 40℃and alkali refining time 45 min.Under these conditions,the deacidification rate of idesia oil reached 95.86%.After deacidification,the physical and chemical indexes of idesia oil were significantly improved except the peroxide value,and the fatty acid composition and total tocopherol content did not change significantly.
