摘　　要：以上海市中职示范性品牌专业建设等内涵项目为依托,面向上海高端装备制造业、新兴数字产业,根据制造业数字化、网络化、智能化转型发展对高技能人才培养的新要求,通过制定数字化人才培养方案、创新数字化教师团队培养机制、开发数字化教学资源、实践数字化教学方法与管理手段、构筑全过程数字化教学质量检控体系等途径,构建“人培方案、教师队伍、教学资源、教学管理与方法、教学检控”五位一体的全闭环制造类高技能人才培养数字化转型方案,取得了显著成效,提高了教学水平和教学质量,以期对现代化制造类高技能人才的培养具有前瞻、导向和示范作用。Relying on the connotation projects such as the construction of Shanghai secondary vocational exemplary brand specialty,facing Shanghai’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry and emerging digital industry,and according to the new requirements of the digitalization,networking and intelligent transformation and development of manufacturing industry for the cultivation of high skilled talents,we have developed digital talent training programs,innovated the training mechanism of digital teacher teams,developed digital teaching resources,practiced digital teaching methods and management means,a whole process digital teaching quality inspection and control system,and built a five-in-one digital transformation plan for the cultivation of highly skilled manufacturing talents,which integrates“human training plan,teaching team,teaching resources,teaching management and methods,and teaching inspection and control”.It has achieved remarkable results,improved the teaching level and teaching quality,and it is expected to play a forward-looking,guiding and exemplary role in the cultivation of highly skilled modern manufacturing talents.
