摘 要:气泡静电纺丝是实现纳米纤维大规模工业化生产的重要方法,我国是气泡静电纺丝技术专利申请数量最多的国家。结合相关专利文献介绍了气泡静电纺丝专利技术的发展历程和最新进展,并分析了3种主要技术路线的特点,对该项技术目前存在的若干重要技术问题和解决思路进行了总结和分析,提出现阶段首要的研究任务是在生产效率和纤维质量水平之间取得最佳平衡。建议我国申请人加强产学研合作,加速推进技术产业化,并积极实施专利申请的全球布局,将我国的技术研发优势转化为产业优势。Bubble Electro-spinning is an important method to realize large-scare industrial production of nanofibers. China is the country with the largest number of patent applications for Bubble Electro-spinning technology. The development and the latest progress of Bubble Electro-spinning patent technology are introduced based on related patent documents, and three main technological routes are analyzed. It is pointed out that the most important research task at this stage is to achieve the best balance between production efficiency and fiber quality level. It is suggested that Chinese applicants strengthen industry-university-research cooperation, accelerate the technology industrialization, and actively implement the global layout of patent applications, so as to transform China’s technological research and development advantages into industrial advantages.
