摘 要:以国内某直线电机车辆空心车轴为研究对象,根据日本标准JIS E4501考虑动载荷系数及车辆由于振动所产生的横向力P,对直线电机车辆运行时的受力状况分析,得到车辆空心轴的受力和工作状态。利用SolidWorks软件建立车辆空心轴三维模型,并且以有限元理论为基础,借助ANSYS Workbench软件对其静动态特性进行有限元计算和模拟仿真分析,得到车辆空心轴的形变图和等效应力图,结果表明,车轴最大形变部位位于车轴中央处,大小为0.060 mm;最大等效应力值出现在车轴轮座处,大小为55.437 MPa,小于材料的许用应力,满足强度要求。Taking the hollow axle of a domestically manufactured linear motor vehicle as the research object,considering the dynamic load coefficient and the transverse force P generated by the vibration of vehicle body according to the Japanese Standard JIS e4501,the stress state of the linear motor vehicle during operation is analyzed,and the stress and working state of the vehicle hollow axle are obtained.The three-dimensional model of the vehicle hollow shaft is established by using the software SolidWorks.Based on the finite element theory,the static and dynamic characteristics are calculated and simulated with the software ANSYS Workbench,and the deformation diagram and equivalent stress diagram of the vehicle hollow shaft are obtained.The results show that the maximum deformation part of the axle is located in the center of the axle,with a size of 0.048 mm;the maximum equivalent stress appears at the axle wheel seat,with a size of 59.6 mpa,which is less than the allowable stress of the material and meets the strength requirements.
